Project Planning

Project planning and scheduling is the core service we provide to our clients. Project planning relates to the use of schedules such as gantt charts to logically plan how a project will be executed and subsequently report progress. Our consultants primarly use Primavera P6 to develop project plans and schedules. Depending on our clients requirements our consultants can also develop schedules using Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject. Such schedules include:
